As part of my work with MhIST, I’ve been honoured to create and deliver a range of free courses designed to support emotional wellbeing and resilience within the community.
These include Anger Management, a course that offers individuals the tools to better understand and manage their emotional responses, not through suppression, but through awareness, compassion, and choice. It’s about creating space between feeling and action, and fostering healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others.
I’ve also facilitated Bounce Back and Spring Forward, two engaging courses rooted in positive psychology. These were developed specifically for parents and adults, focusing on the vital role mental health plays in everyday life. The sessions explore how we can build resilience, nurture strengths, and support the wellbeing of both ourselves and those around us.
These offerings reflect the values that guide my practice: accessibility, empowerment, and human connection. I believe in making mental health education approachable and meaningful, especially for those who may not otherwise have access to this kind of support.
Together, these programmes form part of my ongoing commitment to helping individuals and families not only cope, but grow, heal, and thrive.
