How do I book a session?

I do not have an email address, how can I contact you?
You can text me via message or WhatsApp at +447459330849. Please note this is a text-only number; I am unable to answer calls. Messages are checked only during my working days.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments for therapy sessions can be made via bank transfer, card (including Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard), or PayPal, and must be received at least 24 hours before the session. If paying by card, the payment will be processed at the time of booking. For bank transfers, the necessary details will be provided to you once the therapy session is confirmed by both parties.
I have a lot of anxiety meeting new people, can I meet you before therapy starts?
An informal session of 15 minutes can be arranged.
How do you deliver sessions?
Video call sessions are delivered via Teams or Zoom. An alternative option is a phone call, and text sessions are also available. Currently, I do not offer in-person sessions.
How long can I be in therapy?
You can participate in therapy for as long as you feel it's needed. Therapy durations can range from four weeks to several years. Maintaining a consistent schedule—whether that's weekly or biweekly sessions—is crucial for effective therapy. Everyone has unique needs, so the length of therapy varies from person to person.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, NHS, Blue light card members, students, and over 65s.
